Established nearly thirty years ago, NJLG now has more than 120 highly skilled employees, and we are growing fast.
NJLG is an industry leader in part because we provide unique opportunities to the hearing impaired, who make up twenty-five percent of our technical staff. They are selected for their inherent talent and intelligence and we provide each of them with advanced technical training. We believe that caring for the disabled enables them to lead productive, fulfilling lives while contributing to society, which is in harmony with our corporate philosophy of maintaining high ethical standards and professional excellence.
We are proud to have been honored with an "Outstanding Charity Business" certification from the government for our humanitarian efforts.
